The Southern Alps have been filling up, Italy has been dumped on, and now it’s Chamonix’s turn. The snow clouds above the Chamonix Valley never do things by halves, and we have seen nearly a metre fall in the last 24hrs. With the next 5 days forcasted for snow, it looks like our Guide Manu was right; its gonna be another epic season in Chamonix, just like it was an epic cup final....

The first and second half...

Mont Blanc Forest Lodge
There are still room at the inn at our favourite riders chalet The Mt Blanc Forest Lodge. With an all new staff this year, we welcome the happy crew. Ang, and Katie will be cooking up feasts every night for our guests, and James and Jesse, will be showing the amazing freeride possibilities of Chamonix, and will be teaching guests all the new freestyle trix. Chamonix's shops and bars are all within easy reach, so expect lots of fun at our famous party shack. The chalet can sleep up to 16 people, so it is perfect for groups and individuals alike and a great place to come with mates or make new friends.

Weekender Holidays
Our weekender packages are committed to weekend ski or snowboard holidays with the emphasis on short weekend trips so our guests won’t miss valuable paid holiday. We aim to get you to the mountain as soon as possible staying at our apartments next to the slopes and a short walk to town. Holidays run from Thursday to Monday. You have the flexibility to come and leave whichever days you want. The prices start at £240 for an apartment – all in.

Self-catered apartments
Self-catered apartment holidays suit those on a budget (prices are not far off a wintersports bargain) and those who prefer the independence of their own apartment for the week. Whilst as a self catered guest you will obviously see less of the Board & Lodge staff than our chalet guests, we still offer you a the full reps service (if you want it!).

Chrimbo / pre season party
Boardnlodge.com are celebrating Xmas, the new snow in Chamonix, James’ Birthday, and the departure of our winter staff this coming Saturday 6th December 2003. Famous for our wild parties, this one is going to be no different. The revelry takes place at Clerkenwell House, 23 Hatton Wall EC1, and doors open 7pm. Bikenlodge.com is born.
BikenLodge will be offering mountain summer holidays in Chamonix for the summer of 2004. Mountain Biking in Chamonix is insane with monster downhill and tones of beautiful X-country. People are realizing they don’t have to go that far from home to indulge in their favorite sport and the trails of Chamonix are not far away. Conveniently situated from our self-catered apartments at Les Grands Montets, the little town of Argentiere just decided to barge its way into the top ten Alps favourite nightspots.
