Surfing is the main adventure sport here in Mimizan,  France, due to the large numbers of waves hitting Mimizan, and the proximity to the ocean. However, there are also lakes, and large expanse of land so you will find kitsurfing, wakeboarding, skateboarding and skydiving also taking place. The tourist office also says its great for fishing, cycling, boating,rambling among the numerous botanical areas, and bird watching. if your into all that!!!
